Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of prxpeel.eu and any purchase you make from Leonica Sp. z o.o. (“PRXPEEL”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products & authenticity

We sell authentic WiQo® and PRX-T33 professional skincare. Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance; minor packaging changes by the manufacturer may occur.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order-confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error or stock issue, with a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time the order is placed.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship across our supported EU countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with cold-chain couriers where required.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled under our Return Policy. Sealed health and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened.

6. Professional use

Certain products are intended for use by trained professionals. You are responsible for using products in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PRXPEEL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.
